Demotivated

It is not because of Monday, but lately I feel a bit demotivated. Hmm..I need to start counting my blessing.

vacation

i wanna go somewhere for vacation.but where?huhuhu
still not sure the destination.wanna go to somewhere cold.japan?korea?hong kong?india?
thinking about india,but really need a good planning.
Does epul agree? that is the problem when your soulmate not share the same interest.
i love travelling but... *sigh*

Farewell friend..!

happy new year!! it's been almost fortnight pass new year and here i am wishing happy new year,hahhaha we still have chinese new year tho :)
tempted to update the blog with so many events happened recently,but indeed i'm not born with writer passion.*sigh*

the resolution for this year is renew the last year resolution,hahaha
of course,reduce some weight is one of it.i'm even have a bet with my colleague that i can slim down in 3 months,and now i have only a month before the time's up.hahhaha i think he will win this bet bcause my weight just like yo-yo.it goes down and up again. yes,i know..i'm not really stick to my diet plan huhu
forget about diet,the important thing is i am healthy and happy hihihi

talking about happy,today is not a happy day to me.a good friend of mine will taking off to overseas for a year work assignment .that is written in her offer letter,but it can extend to 2-3 years there.i'm happy for her because she got the opportunity that not all the staff can have.but at the same time,i feel a bit sad that i will lose (for a while) a friend which 'sekepala' with me. we have been friend quite sometime,knew her when we were assigned to the same project.then after that project completed we even end up in the same section and our cubicle just next to each other.she is an easy going person and love to laugh.i guess at our office will be not the same when she's gone.

the thing is,with her i never feel being judged.even i told her the worst thing.we r not shared the same interest but we always have something to talk. and the best thing is we r not really like gossiping about anyone else other than ourself hehehe.it is true,even there was a time,when a colleague tried to eavedrop us,to know what gossip we were talking,at last he laughed at us and wondered how talked about a thermos could make us so excited.hahaha but that's us.and we love to try any good place to eat even it cost us a bomb, after that we counted days to salary because we both broke.hahha

anyway,life goes on. for sue,wish u all the best and have fun freezing at canada.*evil laugh*
pray that God will bless me with a lot of 'rezeki' so that i can go and visit you there.

Bola Sepak Sukan Sea Final

Sekarang ni masih lagi berlangsung Malaysia lawan Indonesia,masih terikat 1 sama. Ish berdebar betul nk tengok, sudahnya aku lepak kat bilik, bila aku dengar org sorak2 kat bwh (kat cafe tu ramai org duk tengok bola) baru aku meluru kat depan.hihihi 
Harap2la Malaysia menang. Go Harimau Malaya!! Malaysia Boleh!!


Eiii geramnye aku tengok Indonesia ni,pandai lak berlakon injured,ntah2 xde ape pun.

Malaysia 1 - 0 Indonesia

Bola sepak Sukan Sea yang telah berlangsung di Indonesia. Malaysia menang ke atas Indonesia walaupun ramai gak yang meramalkan Indonesia akan menang dgn kelebihan sokongan padu penyokong2. Even aku pon cuak jek tengok game.Lps Malaysia dpt 1 gol, x sabar nak tunggu game habis sebab takut Indonesia boleh samakan kedudukan. Siap ade drama tu,si coach kena keluar padang hahhaa. Si coach yg dapat red card. Cute jek tgk OKS yg communicate dgn 2nd coach by walkie talkie jer. Tak tahula apa isunya,takpe esok boleh check dalam paper,mesti ada punya.

Malaysia akan bertemu Myammar untuk semifinal while Indenesia akan bertemu dgn Vietnam.

Baskin Robin Ampang Point

Semalam birthday Epul, seperti biasa dengan last minute, aku call Baskin Robin Ampang Point tanyakan ada tak kek utk 2 orang makan.

Sekali ada 2,satu ice cream flavor strawberry dan lagi  satu flavor cookies and cream. Aku berhajat nak beli ice cream chocolate chip atau mana2 flavor chocolate,Epul suka flavor chocolate and vanilla jer. Tapi memandangkan itu je yang ada,sudahnya aku book la yg cookies and cream tu. Then dia just catat no phone,even nama pun tak nak amek.Bila aku tanya tak perlu amek nama ke,baru la nk tanya nama apa. Dia cakap bila datang kedai just mention nak amek kek yg dah booked.

Jam 4.30pm tu, aku pon siap2 la nak gi amek kek tu. Sampai jek kat BR, ada 2 staff pompuan. Sorang ni dtgla assist. Aku pon cakap la aku nak amek kek yg dah booked via phone. Sekali dia mintak resit, aku pon ckp la yg aku booked by phone, haruslatakde resit. Dia cam blur2 pastu cakap kalau nak amek kek kena ada resit. Aku pon ulang balik kisah booking aku tu. Pastu dia cam blur2 lagi, pegi check cake, then bgtau kek yg aku booked tu dah ada yg beli. Aku pon hangin la, dahla nak cepat,skali takde plak kek yg aku nak.

Then dia panggil lg other staff since dah nampak muka aku cam pissed off. Yg lg satu staff ni dtg and apologize sbb katanya kwn dia tu new staff. Then aku kena ulang lg skali cerita tadi. Last2 mmg kek tu dah dijual, sebab diaorg tak tau yg ada org booked kek tu. Budak yg jwb call tu,dah habis shift and dia x mentioned apa kat member yg next shift.

Eeeiiii  geramnye...!!! Tp benda dah jadi so aku pon carila cake lain.

Last2 aku beli cake ni. Agak besar padahal nak makan 2 orang jer.

Tak menarik sangat rupanya.

Lagi satu yg tambahkan sebab aku rasa nak blacklist BR Ampang Point ni, aku ada tanya pasal voucher utk hadiah BR.

Me: Kat BR ade boleh beli voucher ice cream kek as present tak?

Staff A : Voucher?? (ngan muka blur2) Kita ada jual ke voucher kek? (tanyakan kat supervisor dia yang sibuk borak)

Supervisor : Voucher kek?? Mana kita ada jual voucher kek (dgn intonasi yang agak kerek, tak pasti sebab mengacau sesi sembang dia tu agaknya)

Me: Owh, takde ya. Takpela,sbb tgk kat Haagen Dazs tu ada jual,just tanya ingatkan kat BR ada jugak.

Supervisor : Itu Haagen Dazs,kat BR mana ada.(still dgn intonasi yg kerek)

Aku confused,perlu ke intonasi yang kerek tu,kalo jawab baik2 tak boleh ke.Aku tanya as a customer. Sepatutnya kena layan customer baik2. Aku pon mls sgt nak layan,terus bayar and cepat2 blah. Tak akan aku dtg BR ni,walopun dekat ngan rumah aku.Pantang betul kedai yg kurang customer service ni. 

Crispy Oat Chicken Finger

Ok,kali ni jom kita masuk dapur. Dah lama tak mengotorkan dapur tu. Bukannya apa,bukan malas nak masak tapi aku lebih malas nak kemas lepas masak,bleh?hihihi memang dasar pemalas kan..hihihi

Last weekend takde balik Tmn Melawati, rasa nak lepak rumah sambil melipat + iron baju yang menggunung dalam bakul tu. Pagi sabtu tu,plan nak makan nasi lemak kat Ampang Jaya tu (sedap nasi lemak tu + ayam masak merah),sekali hujan jer pagi tu,jadinya si driver malas nak keluar. Aku pon menyelongkar la apa yang ada dalam fridge untuk dimasak. Ada chicken breast,ada daging korban hari tu (plan nak masak rendang,tak kesampaian gak),ada la sayur sikit. Dalam kepala terpikir nak buat bihun goreng ke nak goreng ayam jer.

Tanya Epul,rasa nak makan apa? Sekali die cakap nak ayam goreng jer.

Aku pon teringat la resepi simple ayam goreng yg aku tengok kat Myresipi.com. Tajuknya Jejari Ayam Rangup BerOat (tajuk kat atas tu saje aku meng'english'kan,nak berlagak la katakan hahaha).

Resepinya seperti di bawah:

• 2-3 keping dada ayam (hiris memanjang agak nipis) 

Bahan perap:

• 1 sb serbuk kari ikan
• 1 sk serbuk kunyit
• 1/2 inch halia (tumbuk)
• 1 bwg putih (tumbuk)
• 1 bj putih telur
• 1 sk tepung jagung
• Garam 

Bahan sadur:

• Quacker Oats secukupnya
• Sedikit serbuk lada hitam Aji-osho (jika suka) 

Cara memasak:

1. Campurkan ayam dengan semua bahan perap, gaul2 sebati.
2. Perap dlm 15 minit
3. Dlm mangkuk/pinggan lain, gaul oat dgn serbuk lada hitam.
4. Golekkan ayam td dengan oat dan goreng garing. Jgn guna api kuat sgt, nnti oat dh hangus ayam x masak.
5. Toskan.
6. Siap untuk dihidang. 
7. 
   

Hasilnya, 

Dah haflway makan baru teringat nak amek gambar
(abaikan potongan yg x sekata,aci hentam jer).

Enak dimakan begitu saja or nak cicah ngan chili sauce

Walaupun ayam goreng tapi kita masukkan gak elemen2 sihat seperti oat (ayat tak bleh blah haha), amat sesuai untuk minum pagi atau minum petang atau bila2 masa anda suka (cam ayat program masakan,kan)

Lepas ni bolehla aku pegi audition untuk rancangan masak2 ni hihi.
